Retiring in Medellin Colombia?

Though we are currently renting out the furnished apartments in Medellin when we are not in the city I cannot wait to retire and move to Medellin in 5 years.

It is such an energetic city with so much going on but at the same time a very peaceful way of life.  For some reason things seem much simpler there and I am always less stressed there.
